The MLV is not owned by a publishing company, a government, foundation, bible society or a church.

The most common emails fall into the:
"Thank you."
"I want to thank all of you for making the MLV."
"I am glad to see someone made a translation from the Majority Text."
"I have learned so much from using the MLV."

Then some of the more in depth ones:

"Thank you for your prompt reply and thank you for your efforts on this present edition. It is no small work. I especially appreciate your using the majority text."

"Good morning on this beautiful Lord's Day.
I have been using the MLV in my Bible study — it is great!! It helps so much to make clear many, many passages that are uncertain in all the other translations and offsets many of the comments made by the com
mentators. Thank you and all those that labor for their hard work for the Lord. The Savior said, "And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to drink to one of these little ones, in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, He may never lose his reward" (Matthew 10:42, MLV)."

"The MLV to me is the pinnacle of accuracy and a great example of an untampered Word of God that I can go to when I really want to know the closest translation of the Greek. It's not an ideal Bible for anyone other than dedicated Christians or scholars who are interested in having something that's not in Greek but not as severe as an interlinear either and I think it should stay that way.
