BE GODLY AND CONTENT AS YOU FOLLOW, FLEEING TEMPTATION, AND FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH
KJV 1 Timothy 6:6-12
6.  But godliness with contentment is great gain.
 7.  For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
 8.  And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
 9.  But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

FLEE LUST AND IDOLATRY

FOLLOW IN KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE, AND TEMPERANCE

FOLLOW WITH LOVE, AND TRUTH KNOWING THAT LOVE (CHARITY), FAITH, AND HOPE IS ALL THAT WE HAVE!
KJV 1 Corinthians 13:1-13
 1.  Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
 2.  And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
 3.  And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

 10.  But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

 12.  For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

FIGHT

PREACH AND PROTECT WHEN THE GOSPEL IS WANTED AND WHEN IT IS NOT WANTED
KJV 2 Timothy 4:1-7
 1.  I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
 2.  Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
 3.  For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
 4.  And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
 5.  But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
 6.  For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
 7.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

BE READY FOR THE DEVIL THAT IS SEEKING TO DEVOUR AS A LION
KJV 1 Peter 5:8-9
 8.  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

USE THE SWORD IN THIS SPIRITUAL WARFARE

BE SET TO DEFEND THE GOSPEL

17. But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel.

BE A SOLDIER
KJV 2 Timothy 2:2-4
 2.  And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
 3.  Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
4. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
 

IF YOU HAVE NEVER BECOME A NEW TESTAMENT CHRISTIAN THROUGH THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST TODAY IS THE DAY TO FOLLOW HIM.  TO BE PART OF THIS SPIRTUAL FAMILY THAT WILL SURELY INHERIT HEAVEN YOU MUST OBEY THE WORDS OF CHRIST WHO WILL BE YOUR JUDGE.  THE BIBLE TEACHES US FIVE STEPS TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN.  THE STEPS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

HEAR – ROMANS 10:17
BELIEVE – HEBREW 11:6
REPENT – ACTS 2:38
CONFESS – MATTHEW 10:32-33
BAPTISM – ACTS 22:16, ROMANS 6:1-6, AND I PETER 3:20-21

THEN YOU MUST REMAIN FAITHFUL TO HIM REVELATION 2:10!
TO THE CHRISTIAN
HAVE YOU BEEN CAUGHT WHILE FLEEING TEMPTATION?

HAVE YOU STUMBLED IN FOLLOWING?

HAVE YOU BEEN INJURED IN THE FIGHT?
